My day sucked today, but at least I stayed on Induction, so it wasn't a TOTAL waste.

This afternoon I did a simple egg salad on top of my salad veggies and it was good! (Chopped hard-boiled eggs w/ mayo to moisten) No need for salad dressing either. Yummy - well for me as I like eggs ;)
