Default Inches lost

Hi guys, I thought this would be fun.

Yesterday I was wearing a pair of pants I bought last year when I first started my new job. I had outgrown so many of my clothes that I had to have something to wear for work, so reluctantly I went and bought new pants in a size 22. I had been wearing at the most 20s, and at the least, some 16s a few years back. But alas...

Anyway yesterday I noticed that they were sagging all around my butt and legs, when not too long back I had worried that I was going to bust the button off while sitting down. Not only that, but I was able to pull them down without even unbuttoning or unzipping them.

So this morning I decided to take my measurements. I took them and compared them with some I had taken on the 1st of January and some taken on the 8th and 18th.

I took some kind of weird measurements that most people wouldn't take, for instance I wanted to know just how big my belly had gotten so I took a measurement diagonally across my belly from just under the roll of fat on the left hip bone, to just under the opposite breast. That measurement was down by 3 inches.

Some of my other results:
waist around belly button 4.5 in smaller
hips 3.5 inches smaller
left upper thigh 2 inches smaller
right upper thigh 1.5 inches smaller
left lower thigh 2.5 inches smaller
right lower thigh 2.25 inches smaller
left calf 1.25 inches smaller
right calf .25 inches smaller

My bust shrank by at least an inch too, I didn't really take that measurement at the beginning because I don't really care how big or small it is, but it was down by an inch from the 18th.

Combined total of all the inches lost was 21.75 inches!

Anyone else want to share theirs?

I'm not sure about way back from the beginning - I will have to see if I have any old measurements. But I have gone from a 5XL to a 2XL and from a size 32 to almost into size 20.

But, since January 17, I have lost:

1" from my chest
2" from my waist
3" from my hips
1" from my thighs
0" from my calves

Those are the measurements I track.

AWESOME results you guys, keep up the good work!

I can't find my measurements from when I started in October to compare *WAH*, but I took them recently and I'll post my results in a month when I do them again

I'll try and remember to post them tomorrow. I was thinking of putting them on a spreadsheet as well. Just to see what it'd look like.

Well I took measurements again today. I've been so frustrated that the scale refuses to budge even though I feel smaller.

My total today was 36.5 inches lost. That includes a couple of weird measurements I probably shouldn't include here so taking those away it is 27.5

Most of the difference is in my belly and bust areas, so my "core" is getting smaller. I'm pleased with that since it is the fattest area to start with.

WOW!!! That is so awsome!!! You must feel great about yourself right now. I know seeing inches gone and my clothes falling off me would motivate me even more. Congratulations on doing such a good job!
