Hi all.
I left and did weight watchers for awhile.
It left me binging on food and craving sweets and carbs all day.
Well I am back for good.
I now realize that I need to get rid of all the processed junk from my diet!
And that includes ALL BREAD.
I am having a "carb party" for myself tonight.
My home has a few sweet goodies in it; so what ever is not eaten or tasted by 11pm will be trashed! at 11:05pm.
Tomorrow I will be on Atkins phase one.
