I use fitday.com and you will find the carb counts for those foods there

According to Corinne T. Netzer's Complete Book of Food Counts, edible pod peas raw 1 cup, 3 oz have 6 grams of carb and 2 of fiber. (net carbs 4 grams)

Boiled and drained a half cup is 5.6 grams and 2.2 of fiber.

Bean sprouts look very low. She has several listings here 1 cup is like 1 gram unless it is some brand that has something added.

According to the book...you can have a cup of either of those IF your salad doesn't exceed 2 Cups. Remember, you can have 2-3 C of salad vegetables a day.
I think the atkins website has a carb counter as well. So if you're looking for something, and fitday doesn't have it, check there
