Guess I'm gonna have to take baby steps, anyone want to join in on a daily goal?
My goal for tomorrow:
NO PEANUT BUTTER (I could eat this low carb crap by the shovel full) I threw the jar away and will not buy more until I'm more in control of this.
At least 64 oz. of water
At least 45 minutes on treadmill or 3 miles walking
I just realized how strange I must look with my peanut butter problem.

I used to drink a pot a day, at least. I'm down to 2 or 3 mugs, but I need to cut it out all together. I like creamer and Splenda in it, but didn't realize till today that the coffee itself has carbs in it - duh. Each mug is 4 carbs, and I'd rather eat carbs than drink them. My Friday goal is one cup.
