Breakfast - Peanuts (I suck at eating in the morning, but I knew I needed to eat something. It was the only thing I could eat out of the vending machine)
Lunch - Atkins wrap from Subway with turkey, bacon, lettuce, onions, tomato, colby cheese and ranch.
Dinner - Duck and Sausage Gumbo with okra, onions, green peppers and tomatos.

How many calories do you guys shoot for? I just looked and according to this that I've eaten I've only had about 750 calories today. I could go eat some cheese or something if you think I should be eating more.

Yesterday was a SFLC Chocolate Shake for breakfast. Nothing the rest of the day (I was busy and honestly forgot to eat and didn't think about it until oldest came home from school). For supper I had 5 chalupas...I know I know. NOT best decision. I was hungry from not eating all day. Only 24ozs. water.

Today is SFLC Chocolate Shake for breakfast and lunch. Supper will be a large salad w/hard boiled eggs, cheese, bacon bits, some tomato, and hopefully a cucumber and maybe I'll throw in some tuna. I'm gonna shot for 64ozs water today but I am in a funk about my water right now. VERY unusual.

Todays been really hard for me, i was craving my usual oatmeal breakfast all day but havent gave in! im still feeling really desparate for something sweet-ish for breakfast, im not really much for meat in the mornings. any suggestions? Ive just ordered some low carb breakfast nutty bars with only 3 carbs per bar off the internet, hopefully they will solve the problem!! Id still like to hear any ideas

brekkie- bacon and 1 egg + tea
lunch- 1/2 cup of salad with tuna mayo + tea
dinner-2 egg omelet with cheese+ 165g of fresh green beans.
desert- 1 celery stick with a tablespoon of peanut butter (4 carbs)
1/4 cup whole milk for teas.

Today's Plan:

Breakfast:Mozzarella stick w/water
Lunch:Omlette w/cheese, veggies and meat
Supper:Salad w/tuna, cucumbers, mushrooms, cheese and ranch dressing
Water:Shooting for 48ozs. Just remembered they flushed the hydrants this week so that is why the water tastes icky and I'm having a hard time drinking it. I may have to add some crystal light to it for awhile just so I get in the water. May not be the best choice, but better than nothing right?
