I am avoiding the scale this week. After being on vacation last week and eating almost everything I shouldn't be eating I just don't want to know how much I gained. I don't want vacationing to become one of those things I dread because you can't enjoy the food and sometimes the food is one thing you have to experience. I didn't over indulge while I was gone, but just ate lots of WONDERFUL southern cooking.

Congrats Robin!!! I'm with Bec on wanting to know your secret. (I know...exercise, exercise, and water ). I'll WI on Wednesday...but after the weekend I'm sure I won't have lost anything. I need to get back into the groove again!!!
WI didn't go well. I'm up a pound. A pear (kind of like my shape ) and an apple were my downfall plus lack of water. It's my own fault but they were SOO good--and healthy. So I'm not sweating that one. I'm wanting a 2 pound loss for next weeks WI though. We'll see if I can do it.
I did weigh in today after all! I am still at 276. Not up or down from last Sunday which I ammmmmmmmm soooooo happy about especially w/being on vacation all last week. Goal for next week...down 1lb. I can do it!!!

I'm at 198 now~I only began 1.5 weeks ago. Doing good so far. Especially since I couldn't resist cheating on both Friday and Saturday when we were in Orlando..lol
