Hey All~

Hope you all had a good weekend.

I'm going out of town for the next 3 days and wanted to post my weight for Wednesday today.

I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was down 2 lbs! YEAH!

I didn't hop on the scale today because I didn't want to be worrying all about my weight while I'm on vacation. I want to have a good time and I don't plan on being a PIG but I don't want to ruin dh's time by worrying about my food.

Good going Bec!! Your doing great!!

I got on the scale very apprehensively this morning....you know when you know you've done good all week, you look better, you feel better, but those darn jeans still feel too tight? Well, thats how Ive been feeling for the last 3 days, and was quite nervous to get on the scale this morning.

I did it though, and was pleasantly surprised. Im down another 5lbs. So it looks like I should keep doing what Ive been doing
