Leenie: Try and get some relaxation in this weekend along w/the work!!

Well, DH and the DD's and I went out to eat last night. DH and I decided to celebrate both our birthdays (way) early and be done with it. That way we both can go on strict induction. He wants to lose 15 pounds by my nieces wedding and I want to lose 10 (at least). So we're both going to STICK to this together!!! I read that if you jump rope for at least 15 minutes that is as much exercise as jogging for 1/2 hour!!! So time to dust off the jump ropes!!! Still plan on getting the LC wraps for the lunch at my moms. Not induction friendly but it's a start

Hi, i was kinda tired of atkins. so went to the ww flex plan for couple weeks. well loss last week. but up this am. the carbs i know. so as of this am Saturday July 16 i am back on introduction. so i will join the both of you and everyone again. took me a year and i loss. so back with it. i just wanted a change but now got to get back with it. i know i will lose with it. so thanks for sharing this am. it helped me make my decision again also... we can and we will do this. good luck LaDean
