BF: 2 strips Bacon & 2 eggs fried in butter
Lunch: Tuna Salad with tbspn mayo and celery (2)
snack: carb bar (4)
Dinner: Salmon, Salad with ranch dressing and broccoli (1/3 cup) (5)
Snack: Ice cream (carg smart 5 grams) Celery with cream cheese 2 stalks, about 20 slivers of pepperoni
Thinking I need to cut out all those smart carb snacks. I was hungry yesterday and go back to a regular salad at lunch.
NOt sure of my total carbs, but felt I was well under 20.
I walked a brisk mile on the tredmill too.
