Do you think that drinking koolaid made with Splenda and those Crystal Light packets that you pour into water are okay instead of plain water? I don't mind drinking water but it gets old after a while, KWIM?

for most ppl its ok, but splenda stalls some folks. But give it a try, Ive been using it in my ice lemon tea and so far so good.

Hi Kelly and welcome I'd say if you're just starting out and you find you aren't losing then stop drinking that stuff for a couple weeks and see what happens. Otherwise, some people it doesn't affect them. I know aspartame stuff gives me headaches and I much prefer the Splenda.

I have been on Atkins before and used Splenda. I still lost weight, so I guess it would be okay to do it again this time. I just started back on Monday, and I am hoping for an even bigger weight loss this time. The time before I lost 35 pounds, but then got pregnant So, of course I gained it all back and then some! I just wanted to be sure I wasn't harming myself in using so much Splenda.

I drink Crystal Light, and Sugar Free Koolaid. I don't seem to have a problem with either.
