Since this is my first day here I thought I would say hello and tell a little bit about myself and why I’ve come here.

After doing many searches online 3fatchicks kept popping up all over the place. So I checked it out and love how it’s set up- so much information- and so many people lending support and advice. It certainly seems to be a great online community you’ve all built.

Since I am in desperate need of diet support (and believe me when I say I come with many questions) I’ve decided to join in! I have 100 pounds to lose and this is my 3rd week on the Atkins diet. Although I only lost 5 pound on Induction I refuse to give it up.
