Breaky~protein/fibre shake and cheese string

Lunch~ 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1oz colbyjack cheese

Supper~ 2 slices tomato, 2 cubes steaks, one with gorgonzola butter, and ther other with dijon sauce :T I had to try them both, and they were both keepers.

Totals, Calories 1003, carbs 18, fibre 5.
