Monday's Munching
Breakfast:
Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 3 Peanuts -- 3 Lunch: Cheeseburger -- 1 Cucumber -- 2 Snack: Peanut butter -- 3 Supper: Boiled peanuts -- 3 TOTAL: 15 carbs (Gee. Can you tell I like peanuts?! I need to lay off of those -- especially for supper :o ) |

Breakfast Cheddarwurst-2 snack egg-1 Lunch Carls Jr. LC hamburger ( no catsup)-4? Planned Chicken-0 Brocolli w/ butter-3? Dessert Flan pudding -3 total 13? oops-forgot 2 pieces of gum-2 total 15 |

MONDAY Breakie: LC yogurt:4 snack: cheese:1 almonds:1 lunch: LC burger:4 snack LC ice cream:4 dinner Turkey:0 mayo:0 LC bread:8 taste of stuffing:5 totals: 27, not bad for a TOM day I felt like I coulda ate the house!! water: 2 liter vitamins:yes |

I have to get back at this! Breakfast - 1 sl cheese 2 eggs 2 sl bacon - 1.5 coffee - 2 splenda - 2 Lunch - eating out with dh, but will be LC Dinner - Grilled fish and salad |
Okay, okay, I need to post this. Yikes. I'm going to copy T.G. and put in what I actually do throughout the day. Sorta a work in progress... or trainwreck in process...
Tuesday: Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 sausage, and 2 coffees (6) Lunch: Burger, no bun (4) Snack: Cheese and nuts (6) Dinner: Soup (15) Total: 31 |

Coffee with cream and sweetner -- 3 String cheese (2) -- 2 Lunch: Cuban steak -- 1 Salad -- 2 Collard green soup -- 4 (?) Snack: Peanuts -- 3 Cucumber -- 2 Supper: Tomato -- 3 Cheddar -- 1 TOTAL: 21 carbs |
Egads! Im so busy today with my schools *Rasin! frasin!* yearbook I haven't had time to eat!

Tuesday finale!
Breakfast - (above) 3.5 Lunch - sm. grilled chicken salad w/tomatoes, onions, bacon and ranch dressing - 5 Snack - Peanuts - 3.5 Dinner - Mediterenean Salsa on White Fish and sm salad w/parmesan cheese and ranch dressing - maybe 10 (I think I'm guessing really high here) Total - 22 (First full day totally on program in about 6 weeks!!!!!) |
Wednesday
Breakfast - 1 saus, 1 bacon, 2 eggs scrambled, diet DR P (I can resist these) - 1.5 Lunch - ??? Dinner - Autum Pork Chops & cauliflower/broccoli salad |
