It's going to be hard as you adjust to your new lifestyle, but the more you slip, the more you have to fight to stay with it. Like Jina said, stick it out for a few days in a row and see how much better you'll feel!

Jina - I think we're all that way with the LC treats, which is why people who do 'low carb' without understanding it are going to go the way of the 'low fat' people who don't understand it. I'm limiting myself to veggies for now and trying to get thoughts of McDonalds out of my mind.

I stayed good and OP yesterday. I got myself out of the house before it got dangerous.

I ended up and my friend's house helping her paint her step-daughter's room. It's bright pink on 2 walls and brown on the other 2. Let me tell you the new math I discovered: Paint fumes + rum = wicked headache in the morning. Oy! I know, it serves me right, but do you have any idea how hard it was to still go with the decaf this morning? But I was good and did it! Now I'm just kicking myself for not remembering to bring more than string cheese for my mornings.
