First, get rid of those chocolate bars! Sugar alcohols are terrible and, IMO, should be counted as regular carbs. Who cares if they impact your blood sugar? Your body still digests the nasty buggers. (See the Sugar Alcohol section in the FAQ at the top of the Atkins forum for more on this.)
Second, the weight you lose in the first 2 weeks is mostly water. This means that it's the most rapid loss. Now you're into losing fat and that can take time. Work on really changing your eating habits and getting the right exercise and it
will come off!
