Hi Everyone,
I hope you all enjoyed a great Independance Day. I did, tho I indulged a tad to much into carb haven. Heck who am I kidding I ate everything I shouldn't have and nothing I should have
But today's a new day and I'm back on plan.
I haven't been around much lately, between my computer problems and the summer sun I just don't have the ambition to sit on my butt in front of this screen. I've been doing fairly well, had my slip ups but for the most part I've been good.
Brenda - As your going through your caffine withdrawls just know that you are not alone. I'll be heading down that road again as well. I've been drinking way to much of it lately and it's time to ease up a bit. I am going to sneak in a cup of fully leaded coffee today but then no more. It's the soda thats really biting me in the butt.

My weekend was grand, I hope yours went just as well.
Well now it's time to get my house back in order and head out to clean up all the artillary shells off my lawn. Then I'm off to scrub my elderly neighbor lady's floors. Poor women cant do it herself so it will be my good deed for the day. I'd rather do that then be stuck at work anyways right? Yea I'm pretty happy I took the day off.

Monday July 5th
happens. So I'm starting today.Then almost changed my mind and started tomorrow. But figured I should start today for my own good (before the carbs REALLY take hold of me). So I'm prepared for not only carb withdrawal but caffeine also. I might break down and drink a diet Mt. Dew so I get some caffeine. Otherwise I'll be going to bed at 6:00pm tonight. 
Spending a lot more time with DH today ( unfortunately working on the house, but still time well spent--unless I can talk him into going shopping
