Default Does being more active make your breath worse?

Hi Everyone, I was wondering, have you noticed that the more active you are the more you have dragon breath?

For me it's worse on days when I weight train, does anyone else have the luxury of this?

What can I do? Because I hate bad breath.

Thanks, Kirsten

I'm not sure if my breath smells anymore or not. I must be either getting used to it or I'm not burning fat anymore. I could say be glad of the bad breath as it means you're in ketosis, but as a fellow person that detests bad breath that wouldn't help you. I've started carrying tictacs around with me. Plus I brush my teeth more often.

Are you properly hydrated? Being more active means requiring more water. The more water you get in you, the more diluted those little ketone bodies become, and the less skinky you become.

Water, Water, water, I drink more of that stuff than anyone I know, some days close to 8 litres. That's actuallt another of my questions, I just posted on a different thread.

Thanks for all input.
