Hello, I am new here also. This is my 8th day on induction and I have not cheated so far . I did this 2 years ago and lost 14 pounds, but I also quit. (missed my bread). I am hoping to get lots of support here. Thanks!
Good for you for sticking to it so far. Bread is one thing I really don't miss, I do miss the junk, like donuts and chips I thought I would also miss potatoes and rice but really I don't.
