Weekly Goals May 17th thru 23rd

  • TG goals for the week:

    1. 3 liters of water daily and vitamins
    2. induction all week.
    3. OP all week long
    4. gym 4 times this week!

  • Every time I make goals to exercise they never happen.
    How about this.

    1: Work on drinking more water (don't think I've been drinking enough)
    2: TRY to get in a couple workouts this week
    3: TRY to stay OP longer than 3 days (IF I take youngest DD to the movies then that blows that one out of the water. Doubt I can stay away from the popcorn).

    Try...Try...Try. That seems to be my motto
  • OK I'll bite............

    1. Try a new vegetable this week
    2. Get in some exercise
    3. Stay OP over the weekend

    Let's see if I can do this!
