I am welcoming myself to Induction and a full fledged member of the board!
I am pretty confident about everything so far, I really only have one question. Most fresh vegetables don't have carb count labels on them
That being said, how do I know I am not going over 20 grams? Am I just supposed to assume that if I stay on the induction list and don't go over 3 cups of veggies that I stay below 20 grams?
Obviously I know to count things that have carbs in the labels like dressing and cheese, mayo and sweetener and what not, I am just a little confused.

I am pretty sure it's not 20 carbs in addition to what is on the Induction list and I can't seem to find anything to answer my question in the book so any help would be nifty
