  • According to fitday.com 2 tablespoons of white vinegar is 2 grams of carbs. From Atkins.com: "For salad dressing, use oil and vinegar (but not balsamic vinegar, which contains sugar) or lemon juice and herbs and spices. Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine."

    Red wine Vinegar is ok and also for stir frys I use soy sauce, it has very little carbs. If you want to make dip i either use sour cream and get the fat free hidden valle ranch dip mix, it has zero carbs you just have to count the sour cream carbs OR even better is blue cheese dressing most have 0 carbs. Make sure you are eating enough during the day, recommended is 3 meals and 2 snacks daily to keep your metobolism up! I like Star have never worried about my veggie intake, I am a firm believer in more greens the better, but I only use spinach or romaine lettuce it has less carbs.
  • For stir frys use some spices but measure and count the carbs. Look for stir fry already packaged seasonings (read the carbs and ingrediens some have sugars). You know whats really good is Sesame Oil, that will make your stir fry VERY flavorful YUM!!!
