Yeah, I tried low-carb ice-cream for a week, but I had to quit. Prior to my ice-cream-week I was losing 1-2lbs a week, but w/ the ice cream I lost diddly. The following week my weight loss continued, so I guess no ice cream for me. Strange. I was only eating a cup of it a day, and I figured since I work out every day for an hour (weights or running), and kept my daily carb amount pretty low (~25-30), it wouldn't hurt me. But it did.
The good thing is, I found that I can drink diet sodas (in particular, Diet Mt. Dew, the only soda I can stand) and not get knocked off track. Woohoo.
