    Maybe you could take quick snacks with you to work. Hectic schedules can really put a damper on things. I use to work in a hospital and the pace can really be high! I worked on the psych. floor and they really kept us busy. When I would pack a lunch I would take hard boiled eggs, raw veggies with ranch dip, cubed cheese etc....Then I would just nibble at it as time would allow. Make sure you take a bulk of your food to work with you. That way you'll be eating most of your calories when you need them for energy!

    You will lose more slowely since you are closer to your goal. I agree with the past posters. I think if you were to eat several small meals a day...when time permits..and up your intake of EVERYTHING!!! LOL!!!

    Most of all sweetie just be patient with yourself. You are very close...you've gotten this far..the rest will come with time. <<<<HUG>>>>
