Default Can too much sodium while doing low carb cause bloating and loose stool ?

Iím pretty new to this and lately Iíve been noticing more bloating and my stools arenít as solid . I would say I get around 3-4 grams of sodium a day because I read you need more while doing low carb .. could be wrong about that . Anyways is it possible the salt is the problem.
