Default Cookbook for Normal Folks??

I'm currently doing a low carb/Ketogenic type diet. Does anyone know of a cookbook with normal recipes in it? No 'special' meats, cheeses, etc.. I'm all for variety- but expensive special items is expensive when the hubby thinks "Brie" is only a girl's name.. 🤔
A normal cookbook. And Southern recipes extra points..lol ♥️🤸 Thank y'all. 🙏☺️

I thought a lot of my paleo/Whole30/Primal books had "normal" recipes but unfortunately I've lent them all out. I will look when I get them back.

Try the Atkins website and dietdoctor.com, both have some great low carb recipes. But if you are looking bread substitutions you will need to buy coconut and almond flour which can be pricey.
