Hi is anyone else doing the Dukan diet? I'm on day 6 of the attack phase - down 4pounds!

I did the Dukan diet. I lost 60 pounds. It's a great plan! I've been in the Stabilization phase for three years.

I think I am going to try this starting monday, I have a little over 20 lbs to lose.
