Default Low Carb Flu

So today I started the metabolism Miracle diet. It limits your carbs to 5 grams every 5 hours. I know there are some withdrawal symptoms that go along with it. I did not expect the intense pain of leg cramps though. It feels like I have a Charlie horse in my thighs that won't go away. I've drank 72 oz. of water like suggested and taken a multi vitamin and magnesium supplement. Is there anything else that can help? It's getting pretty intense!

Are you good on potassium? Low potassium can cause cramps. You can try drinking pickle juice or using hot compresses to ease them up too.
