    This is how I found to make it work. She has a great website for low carb. I watched
    the video. You have to do it on you computer not phone in order to get net carbs. Hope it works for you!

    I use my FatSecret.com it gives you full nutrition analysis and a daily running total. Love it. Sorry first time I have been on in forever, good luck

    Net carbs are just your total carbs minus fiber, hope this helps
