I picked up Shape magazine yesterday because sometimes you just need a fun read. They actually had an article with a burger patty displayed, and the science behind good fats and how studies are proving that they are not having negative effects on the heart as previously thought. It also gave examples including steak, butter, olive oil, etc. The article went on to demonize white sugar/white flour and other various "low fat" snacks that were previously portrayed as good for you.
At least they're finally starting to go in the right direction.
