Including obesity. I know the author, Bob, from twitter. He has walked the walk. Losing lots of weight, regaining health, controlling his hunger on low carb high fat. The science is all there. Why is this relevant to most on 3FC? Because chances are if you are 30 or lbs overweight you are insulin resistant.
And most here are or were at some point. You can try everything till the cow comes home. And some do, mostly, temporarily, lose weight on calorie counting and low fat. But why? It is horrible for most people, and most gain it back at some point or at best have an awful struggle and time and not vibrant health.
I on the other hand didn't calorie count one day on LCHF, eat delicious food, and only have to do small amounts of body weight exercise to maintain a good amount of lean muscle. Anyhow great article.
