I love vegetables. Yesterday I picked some organic broccolini. When I looked up the nutritional value, every thing I googled indicates that it has zero net carbs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broccolini Wada ya tink ?

according to MFP, a cup of broccolini has 25 calories, 5 carbs, 3 fiber, 3 protein. So net 2 carbs I guess? I don't do net carbs, I just count all of them and know what numbers work for me that way.

In any case, broccolini is FABULOUS, one of my favorite veggies. Enjoy!!

It's not zero... although it's very low carb... so I say enjoy it guilt-free

But it does bring up a good point when it comes to looking up nutrition info and reading food labels... and that is things are allowed to have something like up to 4 calories and still "technically" be labeled "0" so that comes out to 1g of carbs in some of the "zero" calorie sweeteners for instance...
