Default help what to do now??

I have been on low carb diet for a year and lost 80lbs however my weight has been stalled since October, i've only lost 5 lbs since then, i gain a few, lose one, gain one, its back and fourth. Obviously my body is telling me its not working anymore.
My question is where do i go from here? Im afraid to start eating carbs but i know something has to change as my body is to use to this lifestyle.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you also stopped eating sugar, sugar substitutes (except Stevia) and vegetables/dairy/fruit that are high in sugar?

And you also didn't say what you typically eat in a day - like how many calories? If you aren't creating a calorie deficit, you won't lose.

Low carbing is only half the story - or a third of the story.

I eat to eggs with 1 slice of cheese, much on brocchli and have tuna fish for dinner with mayo and olives, basically thats it through the week. i walk 1 mile 3xweek which just started a couple of weeks ago.
somebody told me about the 17 day diet would this work switching from low carb to having some carbs without a weight gain?

From what you're describing, it doesn't sound like you are eating enough. You may want to consider eating more green, low carb veggies & salads and also more protein & fat.
