Oh_Canada I know I can,I know I can Thread Starter Join Date: Oct 2010 Location: Manitoba Posts: 73 S/C/G: 293/161/145 Height: 5.4	Lost Recipe Need Help Chicks Hi all Yesterday I was reading a recipes that went something like this.... chicken breast flatten then sliced open to make a pocket (i think a pocket ) fill with broccoli and Monterey Jack Cheese forget the rest.... I so want to make this for lunch or supper... please who ever posted this or anyone with recipes like this please help me.... ya i can only cook with a recipe.......oh ya.... i'm on Atkins... ph.1 thank in advance my new favorite chicks.........
