Hi, I found the cauliflower rice recipe on u tube.....she does it in the microwave. Interesting concept, I want to try it to see how it tastes.

I did the pizza crust... and... ummm... well it tasted like egg. It wasn't very good for the pizza at all. Now I am nervous to try mashed potatos.
