Back on Track
Hi Ladies! It's been a long time since I've posted here. I had lost some weight doing low-carb a few years ago, tried again and again. But ultimately just had too much stress in my life with a bad boyfriend, money issues, and all that crap.
Things have really turned around for me, and I think I'm back on track with my diet again. So I thought I'd re-join y'all for some support.
It's hard being on low-carb these days as everyone is constantly telling me it's bad for my health. I'm so glad y'all are here with me to prove the naysayers wrong.
