I'm on a pork and beef kick at the moment. Often I'll have pork rashers or beef ribs. My two current favourite. The dark meat of chicken is great, as its supposed to be fattier, but I find its conveinient for me to take to work for lunch. I enjoy lamb shanks too, and burger patties. I've gone off ground meat at the moment, but ground pork or lamb are very good with some spices added and made into burger patties.
