I am sure this will get moved to the recipe section, but this was so yummy I wanted to share with you ladies and it only took about ten minutes to make.
Ingredients:
Turkey Fillets (look like porkchops, but they are turkey)
Your favorite kind of cheese slices (i used provolone)
Either bacon slightly fried or your favorite kind of thin slice lunch meat
Your favorite kind of spagetti sauce (I like the roasted garlic)
Take the turkey fillets and lay them out flat and put a slice of cheese on top and then add either the bacon or lunch meat.
Roll the fillet up and secure it closed with a toothpick so that it wont unroll.
Put in pan and dump enough of the sauce (depending on how much you make it may not require the whole jar, honestly i used it just for flavoring cause i know there are a few carbs to the sauce. Up to you) so that it will cook.
Cover the pan with lid till the turkey is finished.
I even added some shredded cheese on top once the meat made it to my plate.
It was so yummy and depending on the amount of sauce you intake, the carbs are pretty low.
Sounds good to me !!! I do that with chicken, roll it up with ham & cheese and cover it with pineapple juice... of course that won't work with low carbing but a nice cream sauce would work

.
I don't think I've ever eaten so much cream cheese in all of my life as I have since Tuesday. Seriously, I've used it in so many recipes the last 4 days, along with eggs.
I'm going to try that Alfredo sauce with chicken and broccoli tomorrow night.
