This leads to the highly counterintuitive notion that replacing your breakfast cereal with eggs and bacon could actually reduce your risk of heart disease."

I had a high cholesterol test in April and I am due for a retest in October. I will let you know how Atkins affected me.. and my former 292 triglycerides, eeek!
