Default Before Pic....Bambifox...this is sooo bad!
Hey all...as many of you know...1/5/08 was the first day of the rest of my life. That's the day I decided to start Atkins. Since then, I've been eating right...started a new exercise program "Ripped System" by NxCare and just thought I'd post this before pic...I've got 10 more days on the program before I can post my after pic. This is very hard for me as I went on a cruise w/my mom, sis and kids (2 daughters)...I remember how fat and hiddeous I felt...I wouldn't even get into a bathing suit without shorts...So...posting this will truly make me accountable! Well, here it goes...

Joyce, I'm glad you changed your life style and I'm really glad you joined the fun on the boards, but I gotta say it. You didn't look that bad. My after pic may not be as good as your before pic. And I've been wearing shorts over my bathing suits for years! So starting off as not that bad, must mean you'll end up truly fabulous. Right?

I'd do you. OMG Did I just say that? I agree with Petra. You are beautiful in your before photo and therefore I can't imagine how hot you will be in your after photo. I will say that Angelina should eat her heart out because if Brad saw you he would want to jump your bones.

Yes I agree its a nice pic...you look liberated with your smile and your fist...lol

looking at that i would not have guessed you were 40..probably in your 20's

Thanks all for your wonderful comments! I wish I felt the same way you do...hmmm! It's just that when you "know" you can be so much more...it's hard to accept anything less! I'm really pushing hard right now to fit into my size 6's (I know..vain..but...)...it's hard...these last few pounds may take another 6 months to get rid of...but I gonna stick with it and when I reach goal...I'm not gonna forget all the sh*t I'm going through to get back there!
