I want to learn to make my own chocolate. I have all of the pans required, but I can't find a recipe. Looking for a killer recipe to turn cocoa, unsweetened chocolate, erythritol (no impact on blood sugar), maltitol...etc...something like that. Thanks for any help you can give me.
P.S. I can't cook,
but I can follow a recipe to a "T"!
