well i was feeling very run down and started to get ill so i decided to come off plan and carb up for a few days lots of fruit and such. well that was 2 weeks ago. so i've gained a few well 11lbs. which i don't think is too bad. this last few days i've "detoxed". drank around a gallon of cranberry juice and half a gallon of smoothies as well as a whole box of all bran in the last 2 days. i was due to start plan on thursday or friday but i can't afford to have that nasty period of feeling really run down and slightly dizzy while at work so i waited till today.
target 1. to get back to where i was!
target 2. survive the season of humbug.
target 3. begin bodyweight exercises
target 4. have a goal setting new year.
