Jan/07 Lunch Thread.
So what did you have for lunch...
juiced 2 oranges, .5 grapefruit, 1/3 cup cranberries and 1 apple 2 oz cheddar. |
2 Diet Cokes
more waterwater |
1 all natural Kosher hotdog and about 1/2 cup saurkraut

egg salad
late afternoon snack...juiced 4 carrots, 2 celery and 2 apples. |
1/02 had LC chicken wings and a diet coke.

l-Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups on bed of lettuce |
turkey burger with 1 oz mozz cheese and handful of iceberg lettuce with 2 T ranch dressing
snack 1 T peanut butter (I know, I know, it's not in induction!!) |

1 hard boiled egg
1 cheesestick 4 slices of turkey with a dab of mustard 20 oz water |

I found an amazing snack. I took a dozen eggs and hard boiled them, then i split them open and mashed up the yolks with mayo, a bunch of spices and itty bitty pieces of celery. I put the yolks back in the whites and put them in the fridge now when I need a speedy lunch or a quick snack they are right there.

01/04 skipped 01/05 bite of my salad that had really good Starkist Tuna Fillets (Both these days ended up saving my lunch and eating when I got cravings later in the night.) |

I had 3 slices of cheese, some peanuts, and a bottle of water. I wasn't too hungry considering I had a late breakfast.
