Today I joined fitday. Hope this helps me get back on the wagon. I really need to be keeping track of all my cals because it is so easy to eat crap when you don't see how bad it looks on paper.

I did so well from April to August, and really need to get back to it. Christmas is going to be tough, but I know I can do it!! I think i did everything right on fitday today, but how do I find out some of the amounts - carbs, protiens, etc -I should be having. I know how many cals and fat grams I should be having from when I was set up for xenical. Will that change now that I am doing this on my own? Any help you can offer please.
