I thought there was fiber in raisin bran? Maybe not enough fiber though? I dont like many veggies.. Im a very picky eater thats why I think this is going to be hard for me..
Start small, find veggies you tolerate and add some often. (For my dh, its salad, he hates cooked veggies so eats salad at almost every meal - cucumber, carrot, tomato, sometimes broccoli)
Try one new veggie, or one new way of preparing a not so favorite veggie a week
Sneak em in - add to omelettes; cook, puree and add to spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
Bury them in lowfat cheese
Soup
Other sources of fiber
Look for high fiber cereal, or skip the cereal and have one slice of high fiber bread with an eggbeater omelette
Where ever you have white bread, rice or pasta substitute whole grain (or better yet ezekiel)
Dont make too many fiber changes at once, if you normally dont eat much, jumping to a high fiber diet will cause GI distress, but work your way up to a minimum of 20-25 g of fiber daily
