I just edited the SBrecipe. I realized I had the proportions mixed up between single serving and double serving. What is listed there is SB officially 1 serving of pancakes. However, I find that this makes about 3 large pancakes, so its a bit much for one I think, although the entire recipe (with egg beaters) is 302 calories, 3 g fat, 29 carb, 35 protein, 4 g fiber .
I find they go better with low sugar jam than with pancake syrup
