I have been doing the Biggest Loser way of 7 calories per pound of current weight....however, that dips below 1200 which is not considered all that healthy. Good luck!!!

Oh - and my calories today are 1309 in, 3467 out (so I guess I'm at a 2158 calorie deficit today!)

Didn't count yesterday, but did okay. However, not in enough control to do that often.

Today's planned calories: 1944. Having to make up for missed gym days today. Le sigh.

Yesterday I was at 1600, more than I would've liked. Today my goal is 1400 with 45 minutes of excercise!

Really, really low today, but I just have no appetite. I didn't sleep last night and I'm VERY tired; going to bed early.

Calories were at 893. I'm sure I'll make up for it tomorrow. :(

Calories in 1320 calories out 2989 (so far - it's only 7:45 pm & I still have a toddler to chase around for a few hours) I feel the way I used to feel when I would binge and purge, which is insane because I haven't even broken 1400 calories today and I haven't binged/purged in years (binged yes but purged nope). Oh well. Every day can't be a little slice of heaven, huh? Tomorrow will be better I'm sure.

I need to track calories again I think I got side tracked because I became busy. I had a mental note but didn't write everything down. I gained two pounds but have been working out almost every day. I will do better!!

Well, I wouldn't say I "made up for" yesterday's calories, but I did okay today.

1226 total, and a bit of fast dancing interspersed with housecleaning today. Not bad!

Today -- 1170 in, 3720 out, which would be rock star performance except that yesterday was 2700 in, 3021 out.

On second thought, the fact that I didn't say "Oh well...I might as well binge all weekend" and instead got up off my fat lazy...couch IS a rock star performance for me :) I guess it's all perspective.

day 89 - 1200 calories

Is anyone else concerned about Thanksgiving? I have mixed feelings, both dread and anticipation. I don't eat meat, so I expect to be tempted with salad, corn on the cob, garlic mashed potatoes, and cheesy rolls. The mashed potatoes and rolls are my weakness. ;)
