Finally in the 100's

  • Just had to share my excitement at reaching my major two goals. I am finally below 200 lbs after being over it for 11 years. I also went shopping in regualr sizes and was able to wear a size 18 regualr pants. Still shopping in plus size for shirts but I have found a couple that fit in the misses section. I am soooo excited.

  • Congratulations!!!!! That is a HUGE accomplishment! What a great sight to see when you look at that scale and the number begins with a "1" :-) Enjoy your well-desearved success and keep up the GREAT work!!!!!
  • Welcome to Onederland!!! Feels great, doesn't it??
  • Congratulations! You must feel great! I love being able to reward myself with new sizes of clothes after all that hard work. Keep it up, girl!
  • Thank you all for the encouragement. It has been very exciting. I have went from a size 22W to a 16W and can now even fit in the regular 18. I have bought many new outfits in the last two weeks and even threw out some of my old. I do not plan on going back. I am a little concerned that I am having trouple throwing out my favorite large clothes. What if I do gain it back? And does the fact that I am asking that mean I will. I really dont feel like I will. I am very committed. I have been working out and eating right. Some of my friends feel that I am obsessed. I weigh myself everyday. It doesnt get me down. I wake up looking forward to getting on the scale. Yes sometimes it is more then the day before but it just lets me know how my body reacts (holding water, etc) to different foods. I recently read in several different articles that people that weigh themselves daily are more successful at keeping the weight off. Anyway I went off track as I always do (which it why I dont comment much). I think I may be a little obsessed, but I also feel that you have to be in order to succeed. Nobody else is going to put me first. People are not used to woman putting themselves first and when we do we are obsessed. If a man wants to go to the gym on a daily schedule is he called obsessed. No. Then why am I? Well anyway there I go getting off topic again so I will sign out.

    Thanks to everyone again.
