Any guesses on cals/fat/carbs/protein/fiber for the parfait I ate tonight? (from Whole Foods)
Ingredients:
Tofu, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, white flour(wheat), canola oil, unsweetened apple sauce, pecans, apples, raisins, pumpkin spice, pure vanilla, salt, baking soda.
Net weight: 5 oz
Couldn't find anything similar to it in my fitday.
