Default It's been awhile, but i'm still losing!
I started this journey July 5th 2006. I was 202lbs, scared and ready to conquer this weight loss. I went to a regular doctor which I hadn't been to in years. I had a complete physical, and she congratulated me on my weight loss. My cholesterol is a little high, but she said if we continue with the weight loss, that will go down.

I weight 181 as of this morning and I'm continuing to lose. Next year this time, I will be at my goal and I can't wait to post those pics when that happens.

Congratulations! Way to go girl!
I weighed 205 at my last checkup in March, and my doctor was really unsympathetic and even acted kind of annoyed with me that I would bring up the problem of being overweight and ask him for help. I've since switched doctors, but I'm actually thinking of going back to him for my next annual just so I can remind him of his comments and show him that I lost weight anyway no thanks to his insensitivity!
